Gracefill is on a mission to eliminate bullying and social isolation through the direct and consistent practice of empathetic acknowledgement.
We believe a habit of students sharing kindness and goodwill energizes and enhances SEL curriculums to make student communities more gracious places. We accomplish this through a web and mobile app that shares the benefits of gratitude journals with peers.
Gratitude journals are a proven tool to improve mood, happiness, and mental health. Keeping one entails a routine of reflecting on, and writing about, the things one appreciates in life.
Gratitude messages function like journal entries except they are sent to the individuals to whom one feels appreciation. With messages, students gain personal benefits of practicing gratitude while also spreading goodwill, reducing social isolation, and fostering positive relationships.
